Fiber broadband speed reduced

Hello,

Can someone check my phone line?  My router connection speed dropped from normal 30 Mbps to 23 Mbps and it holds on that speed for couple days now. Please

Hi @dvigelis, I'm sorry to hear that you've noticed a drop in speed. I've tested the line and this hasn't detected any faults; we're seeing your line in sync at 23.8mb which is at the lower end of your estimates.

With that being said I can see that the line has dropped 3 times within the last 24 hours so I'd advise having a run through our troubleshooting  here and raising a fault here if the issues persist.
