My broadband download speed has been averaging at 22 mbps for the past few months, however, I am guaranteed a minimum of 31mbps as I am meant to be on Unlimited Fibre. Is there a way this can be fixed please? I was promised fiber speeds and I am receiving slower than what I was paying half the price for at another company.
