Fiber Speed Query

Ok, first thing, this is my first forum post so apologies for any failures in etiquette.
i had my fiber fitted over a week ago and am still not getting anywhere near the estimated speed, it was estimated i would get 32.5 but i started day 1 at 8mb eventually rising to 20-21, since then its stayed there. i know from what i have read it can take up to 10 days to find its level, but theres been little if any change since it hit 20 on day 1. according to BTW speed test my ip profile is set at 21.03 which has increased from 20.5.
Is there something i should have done that i have missed?

I've just tested your line and it's showing below the estimate, it's likely to need a fault investigating. Can you check for noise on your phone line by dialling 17070, if that's clear you can open a fault with us at https://faults.plus.net
