Fiber Speed Dropped from 30 to 10 Mbps

I've noticed that my connection has been particularly slow recently compared to what it has been in the past. As the title indicates, when I first switched to fibre I was getting speeds of up to 32 Mbps. Recent tests have been around 9, struggling to get to 10 Mbps.

BT's website shows that I should be getting:

Fibre broadband

25Mb-33Mb Estimated download speed* range

20Mb Minimum speed guarantee*

At dslchecker.bt.com I can see the line has a downstream rate of 32.8 Mbps (clean) and 25 (impacted).

Could someone please help me with getting this issue sorted and speeds back to the service I should be getting.

My tests aren't detecting any issues.

Are you using a wireless or wired connection?

It's a wireless connection. All my previous speed tests that I've run have been on wireless and were able to achieve 26-32 Mbps so that shouldn't be the issue. 

Just re-ran speedtest tonight and managed to reach 24 Mbps. Seems to have resolved itself - I assume Plusnet doesn't throttle bandwidth at certain times of the day?

Nope, we wouldn't be allowed to advertise the service as Unlimited if we throttled bandwidth
