I haven't seen any problems with this new setup since 12 mid day yesterday. But some times in the past I could go a few days without anything happening, so I'll keep my eye on things for a few more days see how things go.
Well it's been a couple of weeks now with no disconnections that I've noticed, so I'm going to say that it was the router that was on it's last legs and getting the new router has fixed everything, and it's given me faster WiFi in the process too!
