Fiber Broadband slowing again

This happened once before and the profile on my line had to be reset, paying for 80Mbit and currently just about making 54/55.  When it first went in I was getting 72 so my line was capable once upon a time! I was ok with 62MBit which is what it seemed to end up settling on, but now it's slowing again.

Is anyone able to check my line profile is correct, thanks.

I can see you've raised a fault regarding this which I've just picked up for you.

No worries, it's still more than usable, just seemingly getting near to the bottom end of what I think I'm paying for.

@MatthewWheeler  Hi - just to let you know my speed is still slowing - down to 49MBps now and 15 up - it's definitely getting noticeably worse. I think this is now below the minimum service I am paying for and I think below the next service plan down.

I'm paying for 80 and barely getting 50.
