I have been with Plusnet for 5 years in sw London, when I first joined, all was really good, speed was 75.0mbps, fast forward 7 years and speed is now capped at 14.5mbps, and I'm paying about £8 per month more
Totally fed up with the way you treat your older customers, so time for me to look elsewhere.

I think the connection speed has changed in error so apologies for that!
I've placed a modify order to fix that tomorrow.
As per the billing we're not charging an extra £8 per month but you might want to speak with our customer options guys as we may be able to offer some discounts in return for recontacting.

Hmm, well thanks for letting me know.
Regarding billing yes, I looked at first £29.99 payment not actual monthly payment of £33.98, so only gone up £5 not £8

No change in speed so far. Here are my results over the years from Ookla, a real time drop of over 50%, and I'm paying as much as your top band
