I went on to Unlimited Fibre 80/20 on January 14th and so far I've had 2 days of the service working as it should. Slow speeds (currently on 18mb d/l) and constant disconnects make the internet almost unusable a lot of time.
We've had four engineers out so far, the problems still persists and my d/l speeds are getting lower.
In light of the this I'd a refund of my first months payment since I'm paying for a service I'm not receiving.
