Hi everyone,
Hoping PN staff can assist..
I had my PN router replaced not long in to service as it went faulty, and this one has just rebooted its self for no reason.
Rather than sit in a queue for 30-45 minutes, is there any way to get it replaced or looked at via the forums?
Thanks,
Dan

You would need to speak with Technical support to have the issue looked into, Or if you know when your contract date is due to end (info usually on member centre) then you can speak with the customer options team within 3 months of the end of your contract and take another one out and get the router usually for just P&P
