Faults in Deeside area N Wales?

Or is it just me as 0.62 upload is sort of omg, 18mbps is ok if i was on normal BB and not Fibre should be getting 34? have left mine with BT and fault team. Also a big thumbs up to Plusnet Twitter they saw a fault and got me to report it asap.

Your profile is at 34317 but we can see that on the last speedtest you only got 18Mb/s throughput on the download and 0.6Mb/s upload. That's obviously not right.
Were the tests wired or wireless?
