Re: Fault

Hi there,
I can see we need to chase our suppliers for an update.
I'm going to get in touch with the relevant team and make sure that gets done today.

Re: Fault

That's really weird,
We haven't updated the ticket just yet, but I'm looking at this with a colleague now.
Do you have more than one account with us which your details may be registered against?
UPDATE:
I've just added something to your ticket, let me know if you've been able to see that OK.

Re: Fault

The fault isn't closed, a PAT fault is a "case" we raise to Openreach to resolve issues that prevent us from testing a line.
Apologies if this wasn't explained previous.

Re: Fault

UPDATE.... Openreach engineer has been  was on site for a good hour and a half though the fault has been detected and now has to be refered back to the Underground faults team for a second time as previous engineer failed to do this so at the moment fault is still not resolved now approaching 3 Weeks since fault being originally reported.

Re: Fault

It was assigned to a engineer this morning.
From what I can see they're still working on it.

Re: Fault

Update.. Seems to be some movement on finally getting this fault fixed openreach engineer arrived at my home yesterday without any notice and carried out some more tests . Today openreach are back marking out the underground cable so looks like they will be digging in the next few days so i think the end of this fault is finally in sight after almost 4 weeks .
I do hope plusnet will offer something in the way of compensation for the fault and for the time it has taken to finally get this sorted.
