Fault ticket not getting responded to?

Hi, I opened a fault ticket on the 26th August. I got an automated reply I think stating that a fault was found and to wait for a reply. It's now the 5th of Sept and still no reply?

Re: Fault ticket not getting responded to?

Sorry for the delayed response.

Can you confirm that you're using a wired connection for testing and that the router is connected to the master socket? The next step would be to arrange an engineer but we need to really rule out wifi and internal setup being the cause to avoid any potential engineer fee.

Re: Fault ticket not getting responded to?

I just found out that it drops to half speed when it switches to 5Ghz, and then when it goes back to 2.4Ghz the speed goes back to normal. Is that supposed to happen?

I have disabled 5Ghz for now, to keep the speed up.

Re: Fault ticket not getting responded to?

You can try splitting the 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz, if you go in to the router settings and 'unsync' them and then rename one of them this should help.
