I'm sorry if the reply was later than promised but I can see that we got back to you yesterday evening and that we've arranged an engineer visit to take place today. I'll check in with you later today to see if that's helped to resolve the issue.
No sign of an engineer today but I think they must of sorted it out in the early hours of the morning. When I checked this morning everything was pretty much as it was before my speeds decreased at the end of December. Path mode is back to fast and download speeds are pretty much back to what they where. Many thanks for both yours and Julianna’s help. Have a good weekend
