Fault support ticket still no reply

I opened a fault ticket on 15th Feb and I yet to receive a reply. Status reads "Awaiting support team answer" can Plusnet support please let me know if you have finished with the tests. A person from live chat (16th Feb) told me that your still testing. Thank you
