What kind of BS is this... had a fault report in since 15th Jan and the status got updated to something like "passed over to correct team" etc. I did everything that was asked and now it's been closed with no fix and I get an email saying
"During the investigation of your reported fault we asked you to complete some steps to help us diagnose the problem. You have reported that you are unable to do so.
As such, we're unable to continue the investigation so have had to close the query.
This also means you will not have the right to leave your contract without paying any cancellation fees at the end of the 30 day period from the date you raised the fault, or the date we have set out in previous emails."
I did the tests etc like was requested.

Is there a reason given on the ticket why it was closed? Access closed tickets here https://www.plus.net/wizard/

This sounds like an email (service notice) that was sent to you rather than what’s displayed on the ticket?
