The engineers have just left after 2.5 hours work. I now have a new line into the house which has shortened my path from the cab. by 100 meters & has also removed part of the path which was via lead cable so my connection is now all copper. The BT junction box in my study was also replaced & the connection box which brings the line into the house was also cleaned up & the connections replaced.
Needless to say, my line is now much more stable & my speeds have increased. As you may imagine I am absolutely delighted at such excellent service which was delivered by 2 very pleasant OR engineers. Please contact OR & ask them to thank the engineers on my behalf.
