Fault progress / slow broadband

Hi. I reported a very slow FTTC connection (<1MBps on 23.7MBps guarantee circuit) last Thursday.

Other than starting the clock permitting me to leave  plusnet, there have been no further updates at the time of posting (Tuesday).

How do I get an update please? As this is causing issues both working and with streaming etc.

Thanks for your post @basil1 and apologies for the delayed response.

I can see our Faults team picked this up for you and an engineer went out this afternoon but wasn't able to complete the job.

They've retained this and they should be going back out tomorrow
