Fault on my line / accuracy of dslchecker

I've been with Plusnet on Unlimited Fibre Extra since March this year and have only ever had a speed of around 49-51mb and 17-18mb up. Output for my phone number on dslchecker is below:

line.PNG

Does this indicate some kind of fault on my line?

Thanks

Re: Fault on my line / accuracy of dslchecker

Test Outcome Pass
Test Outcome Code GTC_FTTC_SERVICE_0001
Description GEA service test completed and no fault found but unable to check for customer equipment connected to modem.
Main Fault Location OK
Sync Status In Sync
Downstream Speed 52.1 Mbps
Upstream Speed 18.2 Mbps

I've attached your sync speeds from a line test above, as you can see it's significantly lower than the bottom end of your estimate, so I'd advise getting this reported to us as a fault at https://faults.plus.net

Let us know when you've reported it and we'll take a look at the fault ticket.

Re: Fault on my line / accuracy of dslchecker

Just thought I'd post to update.

Plusnet quite promptly arranged for a BT engineer to take a look as the "Minimum Guaranteed Access Line Rate" for my line is 57mb and I was only getting about 51mb.

The engineer was very pleasant and thorough and found there was a considerable amount of noise on my particular line coming into the block of flats where I live. He was able to swap my flat onto an unused line coming into the building for one with much less noise.

I am now syncing at 77.69 Mbps and achieving about 73MB in speed tests.

Thanks Plusnet / BT.
