Fault on line?

Hello,

 

This seems to be a constant issue and my honest issue and thoughts are it's a line problem and not an issue with Plusnet (have always been helpful and wanted to help). Over 120 days I've set up my NAS to take a speed test every hour and the graph clearly shows steps down in line speed over time and it tends to happen when the connection drops..

Today while working it dropped again and has gone back down to a low speed again and a speed below Openreach's handback threshold.. obviously i understand the line is far away from the exchange but openreach should not supply an unstable line if it can't cope with fibre?
