Fault logged still waiting
I logged a fault on Monday about dropped connections throughout the day. These were on ALL wireless devices. This has now also happened with a wired connection. Rebooting the router seems to fix it short time, but having to reboot the router 3 or more times a day is not acceptable. I currently work from home, so losing connection over 10 times a day is painful.
How long is the wait time for this? Monday to Friday is quite a long wait for something that should be automatic? I really need this looking at, I have tried all the other stuff and the phone/fibre is connected directly to the master socket.
