Fault last night in the Milton keynes area

I was seeing large packet loss on packets larger 128 bytes last night, which made the net pretty much useless. Did anyone else in MK have this issue. I know there was planned works from midnight, however this was about 1800-2000. Definitely not a wifi type issue as this was from the main router
