Fault checking

It appears BTWholesale have up-dated the availability checker to include a check for a "Bridge Tap" which can impact a line. See

A Bridge Tap is usually an internal wiring issue. Any extension wiring without a centralised filtered faceplate (unless it's where you plug in the modem) is a bridge tap. It wouldn't usually be something you'd get Openreach out to fix.
