I've checked the fault and there hasn't been a decent update yet, the fault has come back from BT saying the line tested ok.
Can you run a BT speedtest, ensuring the 'further diagnostics' test is run after the first one completes, this will record the performance of the line for us.

All good now. Re booted everything and did a wired speed test on BT. Results are now up as they should be.
