Fault Ticket No Reply For 3 Days

I was having problems with online games lagging so I setup thinkbroadband’s ping tester and it’s been showing about 3% packet loss during the day and up to 40% in the evening.

I opened a fault ticket (130113637) on Saturday and I have had no response since.

Hi there,

Which games are you having issues with and could you provide a tracert to the servers/sites you play the games on so we can take a look?

I would have thought the constant packet loss being shown in the TBB graphs especially in the evenings is evidence enough something isn't right

I have been playing today and the jerky movements are much better but I still have massive packet loss in the evening.

Also still no reply to the fault ticket can you just run a line test and see if that’s the problem.

This would be really useful for us to look at.

It does show something isn't right yes, that kind of hump can often be capacity issues on the SVLAN.

@OB The speed test results that have been stored are really good, could you run the speedtest again when you're having poor performance please as this records the results directly against your line. I'll get your fault chased up too.
