Fast upload, slow download

Normally, I get around 72-72Mbps but not only has the VDSL speed been down to 40Mbps for the last four days, latency is up, making some services appear very slow. Upload speed seems hardly affected.

The problem is almost certainly between here and the exchange, as I've rebooted the router, reset the line speed/SN ratios, even swapped out the router, all to no avail.

Exchange is 01273.

I've just been taking a look at this, thanks for reporting a fault. We're just waiting for a response from our suppliers so we hope to update you further about that within the next few days time.
