Me too mate - it's this post which convinced me to call up and cancel my upcoming order. I'm near Town, for reference. Not all providers affected

I'm in BL5 area and no connection periodically..very frustrating. No notifications from Plusnet advising of problems. Anyone know what's happening please?

Yep, still the same in Bildeston (Suffolk) as well, has been as low as 0.5Mbps at times upto 2Mbps download. Upload always at least 18Mbps.
It's rained here all day. On the plus side my teenage son has done all his homework. On the downside it's now the end of the world as he can't play Destiny 2 on his Xbox

Mine has just come back up. 76 mbps again.

So it looks like the fix is being replicated across their servers.

Be patient and keep checking but looks good!

Clearly the gods are listening. Back to normal 68Mbps down / 19 Mbps up. Won't see my son now until Xmas apart from when food is required

Finally! And it's faster than it was! Still annoyed with Plusnet customer service...very poor. Good luck to those still waiting.

Had to reset the router four times yesterday, sadly, that's not unusual with plusnet
