Fast upload, slow download

Hi,

Woke up this morning to find our broadband is slow.

BTW Performance checker states:

Download Speed: 2.07Mbps

Upload Speed: 15.75Mbps

Ping Latency 245.75ms

Help!

Sadly I can't help but I can confirm you're not the only one. I'm in the NP19 area of south Wales if that helps tie things together at all

Testing at the wholesale test I get:

Glasgow G51

Download: 1.16Mbps

Upload: 1.78Mpbs

Ping is up and down, sometimes 26 or 48 ms, sometimes spikes to 250ms

Same as everyone else. Chronic download speeds of less than 2mb this morning on a hardwired connection. Upload is fine.

Same here in Wiltshire. 30 minute wait to call Plusnet!

Lucky if I can get 1mbps download but upload not affected.

same issue, in addition to issues with website load time I have had for a few days. Cant run the BTW further tests for some reason. Started some time around 130am I think. 
Oh, I am in Pembrokeshire btw.

Same here in sunny Suffolk (1Mbps Down, 16Mbps Up), seems to have happened at just past midnight which usually means it's down to a centralised BT change. All logged with PlusNet & BT... & wait

Same here in Oxfordshire! (Banbury) 

Spent an hour on the phone to support and they have no idea what's happening. Escalated to faults, and think it's a local issue. Annoyingly, nothing on site saying about service status, and clearly an issue with their exchange/infrastructure as it's nationwide.
