Fast fibre speed is slow

I went live with Plusnet just before Xmas.

At first i was getting 36 mb now it's 25mb

With the ethernet plugged in it's over 60 mb

How do I get it faster ? 

The router is just in the next room

@joneschr  Welcome to the forum.

Try splitting the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands, see  https://community.plus.net/t5/My-Router/2-4ghz-and-or-5ghz-best-practice/m-p/1351966#M840

After doing this select each band in turn from your device wireless settings and use whichever works best.
