Had a new line with Fibre Broadband installed today. People are very quick to complain when things go wrong but I just wanted to give some words of praise for the Openreach engineer who installed my line. There was a problem with the new line at the exchange. The installer stuck with the job, which took a couple of hours longer than anticipated, and went the extra mile leaving me with a fully operating line and excellent broadband.
A couple of questions:
1. I initially took out a line only phone package. Can I have evening and weekends added to it - or do I need to wait?
2. I'd quite like to have Plusnet tv, How long do I have to wait before I can apply?
