i am still getting the failed billing message after paying my outstanding bill. Can someone at plusnet please look into this ?
Also my internet speed seems to be all over the place at the moment and is no where near the minimum speed that I was quoted when I upgraded to fibre extra, again can someone at plusnet look into this for me please.
speed test completed over WiFi and currently only getting 23.1 download and 3.46 upload.
I've sorted out the failed payment message so you shouldn't see that anymore. I've also tested your line and I can see your router in sync at a stable rate of 76.3mbps with no congestion seen at the exchange. What do your speeds look like over a wired connection as opposed to WiFi?
