FTTP trial application

I raised a ticket to apply for the FTTP trial on the 20th June but haven't had a answer.

Can anyone help with this?

Sorry about the lack of updates on your ticket. There's only a handful of advisers that are trained to work FTTP tickets, I've just placed the order for you now and provided an update to the ticket.

The installation for the FTTP trial was completed on Tuesday...does our package have to be transferred from adsl to FTTP by PLUSNET manually?
