I've signed up for the FTTP trial - what happens next - do I get an acknowledgement?

Only a few PlusNet staff are trained on FTTP so it might takes a few days before they respond. However, once they do they'll place the order and tell you what OpenReach say. They'll probably respond on here as well.

I now have an order number.
