Hi,
Over the last few days my speed has been very poor, currently getting 28 - 35 Mbps download. My guaranteed speed is 70.9Mb and I was getting up to 75 until Monday. Can this be looked into please.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Hi @Steve75, sorry to hear you're having connection issues. Checking from this side everything is looking spot on to the router with 0 drop in the last 17 days and 80Mbps download and 20Mbps upload showing to get there with no signs of errors.

Thanks @Beyhive Just tested again and it's back up to the flying speed of 73Mbps!
And I must say, this is the first time a ISp has given me a detailed breakdown of the line test, I'm impressed 😊
Thank you 😊
