FTTC not yet active

Hi

I ordered an upgrade from ADSL to FTTC on 28 August.  I was emailed on 5 September saying "Your broadband product change is now complete"

My Plusnet Hub One was not received until 15 September.

Yesterday I received an invoice for Unlimited Fibre for the period from 16/09/2016 to 15/10/2016.

However I am still connected to ADSL
