I've been a plusnet customer for a few years now, and have had FTTC since it became available in my area. Over the last 8 months I have seen my broadband speed drop from around 80mbit (my package max) to around 50mbit. I've checked all my internal wiring and tested from the master socket with no change.
I've run the broadband troubleshooter and uploaded my speedtest results (taken with an ethernet cable), is there anything else I can check from my end to help the support crew?
