FTTC installed_BT ip profile 8mb?

Engineer installed FTTC yesterday but speeds are nowhere near the estimates (14 to 21mb)
Getting between 7 to 8mb and speedtest.btwholsale.com shows this in the diagnostic check.
Somethings not right here, any ideas?

What does it say for your estimates here http://www.dslchecker.bt.com/ ?

My ticket was closed by support as they accepted the engineers report that BT's estimated 14Mbps speeds are to the drop pole 500m away and not my address. Whilst I'm not happy with the present situation there appears nothing more I can do.
However currently the BT performance tester has my line profile at 6.42Mbps but when I check the 'High Speed Internet' tab on the member centre you've only got me set at 6.2Mbps? Whilst that seems trivial in the grand scheme it's a restriction I could do without. Can that get updated please.

Again as my speed VERY slowly improves you've got my profile set at 7.6Mbps, below the attached BT profile of 8.52.

I've changed the profile for you now.
If you log into your router and disconnect then reconnect your speeds should increase.
