I've experienced the same problem as others have reported for 2 days now. It's obvious that a large number of PlusNet customers are affected by this issue. Despite this, PlusNet's website indicates that there are no priority issues as present. Why is that? It seems inconsistent with a broadband provider that markets itself on its customer service. I've spent probably an hour and a half on calls to customer service over the past 2 days trying to find out what's being done to address the problem and when it'll be resolved. All I get told is that it's to do with 3rd party equipment that PlusNet didn't provide and also that I own the PlusNet router (ie it's all my problem) - but that they're looking into it although they don't know why the problem has arisen, and suggestions that I go back to Vodafone. I'm just getting g bounced between the two companies. Not good enough. Re the priority issue, the last person I spoke to at PlusNet customer service said the more people who register the problem on the community forum, the more likely it is that PlusNet will treat this as a higher priority. So I'd encourage anyone experiencing the same problem to ensure they report it both directly to PlusNet customer service and on the community forum.
