FTTC Transfer

I am scheduled to transfer from BT Infinity 2 on Saturday and currently utilize a Home Hub 5. Now I understand that the standard install is to supply an OR modem - so should I expect an engineer visit on Saturday to fit new modem?
I am aware that I can re-use the HH5 via  factory reset and logging in with my PN details once I am transferred over.

Re: FTTC Transfer

Hi there Starmans,
According to our suppliers the transfer is going to complete on the 12th and no engineer is required. Transfers usually take five days and never complete on a Saturday.
If you could reconfigure the HH5 it would be great Smiley

Re: FTTC Transfer

Odd because I am sure the SMS I received from PN stated the 14th. The 12th is fine as long as no OR attendance is required because I will be at work that day.
