FTTC Speed Issue - High SNR

Hello,
My downstream speed has always been pretty consistent at around 35Mbps and upstream at around 9Mbps. My guaranteed download speed is 34Mbps.

Over the past few weeks I've seen a significant drop in downstream especially - currently down to around 10Mbps. Upstream also has a bit of a drop to around 7Mbps.

Looking at the stats on the modem (TP-Link TD-W9970), the SNR on the downstream is very high at 14.1 - I've read this should be around 6.

I've raised a fault with no response so far.
Reading through other posts it seems that DLM resets and profile change requests are a common solution - is this something one of the PN team can help with?

BT Wholesale results are:
Download speed achieved during the test was 12.45 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 10.19 - 14.56 Mbps
IP Profile for your line is 14.56 Mbps
Upload Test
Upload speed achieved during the test was 7.86 Mbps
IP Profile for your line is 10 Mbps

Thanks
