FTTC - Latency decreased but speeds unstable

Hey,
Over the last few weeks some weird things have been happening with my FTTC connection - I have a static IP on an 80/20 FTTC connection.
Up to the 5th of Feb when I ran speedtest.net tests I was getting 65mbps+ which was great - however, on the 5th Feb (or there abouts) according to samknows my latency decreased from around 47ms to less than 15ms by my speedtests became really inconsistent, wildly varying and almost never reaching the old speeds.
As far as I am aware, nothing has changed in terms of DLM intervention during these times, and was wondering if anyone could shed any light on what might have happened?

From what I can see interleaving has been removed from your line as your profile is now "0.128M-80M Downstream, Error Protection Off - 0.128M-20M Upstream, Error Protection Off"
Can you confirm if you're testing the speeds over a wired or wireless connection?
