When I signed up to Plusnet Unlimited FTTC in August 2013 my IP Profile was around 62Mbps (see first image) and remained like that until about 1 year ago when I noticed that whenever my router reset (which isn't often) the IP Profile dropped.
My DrayTek 2860 router usually goes months between disconnections so its not a line stability issue, but this weekend my IP profile dropped below 50Mbps (see second image) for the first time and my real world download speeds are now in the mid 40Mbps, which is a long way short of the 58-60Mbps I used to get.
I have temporarily installed the BT FTTC modem to eliminate the possibility that its the DrayTek modem causing the problem, but my IP Profile is still low using that.
Has anyone else had this problem and know what is going on?
