Plusnet support say to me the Profile Name and Time Stamp are no longer in use with GEA Test (after G.INP was enabled) so they are unable to tell me what is my current Profile Name and Time Stamp on my FTTC with the GEA Test result. How odd?

I shall leave this open to Chris Parr to see why there isn't any profile name with time stamp isn't available now?
