FTTC Connection now slow since fault repaired due to no phone line working

Hi
After this reportedf fault has been resolved....
http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,148763.0.html
...the engineer from OR fixed the fault and arrived at our property to check the line etc as there was a break in the cable at a pole close to where we live.
However I am now left with this....

and further stats....

this has happened once before, when BT replaced a pole near our property, and our speeds were reduced beyond the capacity of the line and we needed your help to resolve that issue, which was done.
The OR engineer suggested that I needed to talk to you about that as the line is capable of reaching the speeds of 64Mb as it did before the fault last week.
Speaking to an advisor I was told that this should resolve itself over the next few days. I thought that this could be resolved by you or is this not possible....?

Thanks

Thanks for that. I have opened a chat session but ther eare ten people in front of me. Hopefully they can resolve the......

Estimated line speed:
There's no speed estimate currently held on your account.

......problem as I thought that the "restriction" is something that they could help with, now that the problem has been resolved.

Well that worked, no restrictions now on the line and back to its full capacity.
Good result so thanks for the suggestion.
