Hi, my connected speed seems fixed regardless of how I connect.
Down is 30.6 mbps Up is 11.12Mbps
I have used two separate routers, connected directly to the socket, with both (so no other connections) and connected normally via WiFi.
Every result on OOKLA is the same (OOKLA gives slightly faster results than BTW's speed check).
The graph on OOKLA has a solid flat top, and speeds from all connections are. as I say, identical. Its just like reaching a ceiling and being capped. Pings are longer than they were.
I'm reluctant to get an Engineer again, go through all the tests, be told that all checks out OK and days later seeing it all drop back. 5 engineer visits in 4 months, always a fault found, always better after a reset, but just seemingly temporary. It shouldn't be this way should it? Hit or Miss.
