I,m writing here since I was on hold when calling plusnet support for over two hours until my phone disconnected and chat is not available.
Here is my problem. I had fibre upgrade finished yesterday, but my router hasn't arrived yet. So I got a message about 5 days ago that my router was in the post but it never arrived. So yesterday evening after the activation I got email saying that my router should arrive in a few days and since fibre activation upgrade I have no connection to the Internet.
My question is how long am I gonna have to wait till my connection is restored or I will get that router.

Hi ad1111.
I'm sorry that your router wasn't delivered in time for the fibre upgrade.
We're aware of an issue at the back end of last week where our routers weren't dispatched in a timely fashion. We'd expect those affected by this to have their routers delivered either today or tomorrow.
Can you let us know if you don't receive it by late-afternoon tomorrow?
