Extremely slow fibre

Got my new fibre connection switched on this morning, but download speeds are only reaching ~2 Mb. My upload speed is up close to 15 Mb.

 I have just recently moved from a rural connection that was only getting ~2 Mb speeds, so could this be an IP profile issue?

If you disconnect then reconnect it should sort this out

My after restarting the router the speed has jumped up to ~35 Mb. Will monitor over the next few days and get back in touch if it hasn't reached the promised 60 Mb+ speeds.
