Extremely slow fibre speed

My connection has dropped from 74MB down to a miserable 1.6Mb Download
the upload has dropped from 20Mb to 4Mb

There is no changes to my setup or equipment.

I have gone through fault diagnosis on the BTwholesale site , including doing the further diagnostics.

However i keep getting The Performance Tester is disabled to support TAP3 for your broadband connection
So i'm at a loss for how to test further.

Hi there, 

It looks like a previous issue has caused the speed profile to lower but for some reason our system didn't update to reflect that changing back to where it should be. 

I've just updated that manually so you should see some improvement.

absolutely no improvement at all.
way too slow
I am expecting the bar to be back at the other side of the scale.....
