Extra Fibre ... to Fibre Extra ... Activation Fee ??

Evening All

I've been on Extra Fibre 250 (250GB download limit) for years and am thinking of stepping across to Unlimited Fibre Extra.

When I hit the option to choose it, it doesn't specifically say that I won't be subjected to the £50 "Activation Fee" which is shown on another page.  As I'm already with Plusnet, I could guess that I don't have to pay the £50 ... but I don't want to guess.

 

Can someone on the Plusnet staff confirm the situation please ?

Hi there.

There’s no activation fee for upgrading your package/moving to Unlimited for existing customers.
From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
