Extemely slow broadband speeds

Hi, my broadband speed seems to be really slow lately. See latest speed test (attached). Please can you help.

Re: Extremely slow broadband speeds

Testing your line isn't showing any problems, the line is connected back to the cabinet at the full available speed and it's not picking up any problems or errors on the line.

Can you advise if you're testing on a wired or wifi connection?
