Can anyone at PlusNet, although not directly related to PlusNet, advise on what a copper routing mismatch would be in terms of an Openreach fault? What does it mean exactly, and what remedial action has to be taken?

i think it means your phone line (copper) isnt connected to the port in the cabinet it should be, in this case the remefial action could be a remote configuration change, or an engineer visit to trace line and it connections

if you've not got fttc installed yet, it could mean that your line is not connected to the cabinet they thought it was
